An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior PA to join a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting a busy principal. Working closely with the Senior PA, you'll be the extra pair of hands that helps ensure everything runs smoothly, both at the office and across the households.
This is a varied role with real responsibility, perfect for someone who is highly capable, resilient, and unflappable. Key Responsibilities:
- Payments: Managing payments and expenses using Xero software.
- Household Management: Ensuring the smooth running of all household operations from utilities and maintenance to staff.
- Inventories: Creating and maintaining a comprehensive household and storage inventory system, ensuring everything is accounted for and organised.
- Travel Arrangements: Researching and preparing detailed itineraries, including all logistical planning for both business and personal travel.
- Personal Shopping: Sourcing, collecting, and purchasing items as needed — including creating thoughtful, bespoke gifts.
- General Support: Assisting the Senior PA with administrative and logistical support as needed.

- Smart, polite, and proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
