This leading real estate investment firm seeks a proactive and highly professional Executive Assistant to support the Head of Legal. This is a pivotal role within a dynamic and high-growth business, offering unique exposure to the legal and strategic operations of the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive EA support to the Head of Legal, including diary management, travel coordination, and inbox management.
- Take high-quality, accurate minutes during legal and executive-level meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Prepare, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, often under tight deadlines.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and confidential correspondence.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments as well as external legal counsel and partners.
- Raise purchase orders and run budgets.
- Support the broader Legal team with administrative and project coordination as required.
About You:
- Previous experience as an EA at executive level, ideally within legal, financial services, or real estate.
- Proven experience in minute-taking at board or senior leadership level — able to capture complex information clearly and succinctly.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills — confident in producing engaging, professional presentations.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
