Temporary Personal Assistant to CEO
Pay rate: £20 per hour
Hybrid - 1 day in the Office

Duration: 4 months possibly ongoing
One of my clients, a fantastic charitable organisation, are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to CEO for 4 months on a temporary basis. This wonderful client requires a real hands-on PA who wouldn’t mind putting their hands to anything as this team require an open minded, flexible and all rounded experienced person to hit the ground running. This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys variety and to be busy.
About the role:
- Assisting the CEO
- Managing the CEO's time effectively - including efficient diary management
- Assisting the CEO with general communications to Trustees including the general administration and preparation for Board meetings
- Managing the CEO's diary in accordance with established priorities
- Assisting CEO in preparing for and managing meetings and events
- Producing minutes and notes of external meetings and ensuring follow up is undertaken.
- Assisting the CEO with general communications to Senior Leadership Team and wider staff, volunteers and supporters
- Booking and arranging travel, meetings and meeting venues, conference calls, and assisting with CEO personal administration
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Assisting the Senior Leadership Team
- Coordinating meetings
- Preparing and circulating the documentation
- Taking minutes
- Assisting with general communications between SLT members
- Recording & submitting expenses
This role is for 4 months, based in a lovely part of London and fabulous location.
