Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Migration Solution Consultant to support a key client. Please note this role falls INSIDE IR35.
The Migration Solution Consultant will bridge the gap between business requirements and the technical components of migration projects. Responsibilities include leading migration implementation, assessing and documenting requirements, and ensuring successful delivery across impacted business units.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Migration Analysis team, fostering continuous improvement.
- Work with clients to define migration and business requirements, applying your expertise as an SME in Migration functionality.
- Understand the Platform Target Operating Model and advise clients on migration and reconciliation best practices.
- Coordinate between Migration and Platform Implementation teams to understand impacts on platform deployment.
- Guide Wealth Management clients through migration readiness activities.
- Document bespoke customer requirements.
- Review and assure quality of design documentation from the Migration Analyst Developer team.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users.
- Advise on regulatory compliance related to migration processes.
- Support other areas of the client's business with your SME knowledge in Wealth Management Migration processes.
