Position: Repairs Supervisor

Type: Permanent – Full Time – 40 Hours – up to 40k

About The Role

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader / Supervisor to join us in our branch in Bromley. Working to deliver the best quality service, you\’ll be responsible for leading a team, supporting the day-to-day activity. You\’ll drive excellent service standards, influence profitability, manage budgets, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

About You

Candidates should have previous experience with a trade background (e.g., plumbing, multi-skilled, carpentry), ideally within a social housing environment. You should be well-organized, knowledgeable about Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, is required.
