About The Role
- Manage a portfolio of accounts across various industry sectors to achieve long-term success.
- Exceed sales targets aligned with company strategy to achieve growth and profitability in the region.
- Drive digital transactions with customers for sustainable business.
- Arrange regular face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders in existing and new clients.
- Develop strong relationships with customers at different levels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities using CRM and other tools.
- Create sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase share of wallet through white space analysis.
- Manage sales administration, pipeline, and reporting effectively.
- Participate in regular meetings with Regional Sales Leader to report activities and plans.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, 40 hours/week, with a 1-hour lunch break.
About You
- Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic.
- Knowledge of the UK MRO market or relevant engineering experience.
- Understanding of ERIKS core products (Power Transmission, Fluid Power, etc.) is advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot sales opportunities.
- Hunter mentality and professional approach.
- Team player with a positive attitude, committed to excellent service and growth.
- Eager to learn and develop.
