Description Reports to: Women’s Head of Brand Job Overview: The Senior Creative Producer will focus on supporting the team in the production and execution of creative projects to aid in growing Jaded London’s online following and digital presence. In addition, they will work closely with the Head of Brand and support across all creative tasks and projects. Responsibilities and Duties: Production of all in house campaigns Ensure all projects are completed to the content deadline which you will have set Budget sheet management to ensure all shoot spend is within agreed budget Organising and booking shoot locations Scouting shoot locations/ recce’s & making bookings Booking lighting EQ, props and travel on shoots Creating production schedules for campaigns and projects Production of abroad shoots including but not limited to booking travel and logistics Forward thinking on future projects to allow enough time for completion Time keeping on shoot days to ensure all looks are shot Documentation, invoicing and call sheets Aiding the collaborations and partnership manager with pop-up store production and ad-hoc tasks Team leading on projects to ensure social team and creative are all aligned Creative input on wider business projects Communication with outside creators such as photographers, agents, videographers and stylists Management / overseeing junior team members as and when required Management of risk assessment / insurance agreements Requirements Ability to work on multiple projects at once Impeccable organisation skills and the ability to keep things moving and ensure deadlines are met Flexible working approach, diligent and able to adapt to the needs of the team Proactive and collaborative by nature, with the ability to manage a high output and reactive social media content calendar from end-to-end Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to act as an ambassador for the Jaded brand on shoots and with external talent and their agents/managers. and partner brands Motivated to drive results that are measurable Benefits 50% Employee Discount 24 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays) A paid day off on your birthday A paid moving day per year Hybrid Working Arrangements – 1 day per week WFH Pension Scheme (3% Jaded, 4% You) Bonus Scheme Employee Assistance Programme for you and your family £500 employee referral bonus scheme Local Business Discounts (cafés, fitness, beauty etc) North-West London office location directly located next to good transport links Casual office dress code (your style of dress is up to you, wear what you feel best in) Fully-stocked kitchens and fridges (hello endless brekkie and snack supply, see ya afternoon munchies) Regular Office Social Events (e.g. payday socials) #J-18808-Ljbffr
