My client is seeking a Solicitor or Associate (2-5 years PQE) to join a reputable Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team based in Crawley. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, including road traffic collisions and clinical negligence matters such as misdiagnosis and failure to treat, among others.

Responsibilities include handling a broad range of personal injury and clinical negligence cases, supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value matters, and taking responsibility for achieving financial and performance targets. The role also emphasizes maintaining exceptional client care standards, ensuring compliance, and participating in training and business development initiatives.

1. 2-5 years PQE
2. Experience in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
3. Strong drafting skills
4. Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Experience in business development and marketing
