We are currently looking to connect with experienced Fractional Chief Legal Officers who are passionate about providing flexible, high-impact legal leadership to innovative and dynamic organizations across industries and geographies. Your responsibilities may include:

• Acting as the principal legal advisor to CEOs, boards, and executive teams on corporate governance and strategic initiatives
• Overseeing compliance, risk management, regulatory matters, and ethical frameworks across jurisdictions
• Advising on fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and international expansion efforts
• Managing external legal counsel relationships, budgets, and service delivery
• Leading internal legal functions, including contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and privacy compliance
• Implementing scalable legal structures, policies, and best practices that support business growth
• Navigating sector-specific legal landscapes such as fintech, SaaS, healthcare, energy, or consumer industries
• Advising on ESG, cybersecurity, data privacy, and emerging regulatory obligations

Required qualities may include:

• Proven experience in senior legal roles, including serving as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior in-house counsel
• Expertise across corporate law, M&A, regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active license to practice law
• Proven experience advising executive teams and boards in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Strong business acumen and ability to align legal strategies with operational objectives
• Experience working across borders or supporting multinational businesses is a strong advantage
• Previous fractional, consulting, or advisory leadership experience is highly valued
