Our client is seeking a talented Reward Specialist (FTC) to join their Human Resources department within the insurance industry. The position, based in London, will focus on the development, implementation, and management of the EU Pay Transparency Directive impacting c. 100 employees.

This role is within a smaller arm of a large organisation that has a prominent presence in the insurance industry. They are known for their comprehensive solutions and commitment to delivering exceptional service to their international clientele, with offices situated globally.

Description

  • Develop and implement reward strategies and frameworks, namely the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Conduct bench-marking activities and market data surveys.
  • Work closely with the HR team and wider business to integrate reward strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding reward policies.
  • Provide advice and guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluation.

Profile

  • An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a reward management role within financial services is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrable, hands-on experience of implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive within a SME environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of job architecture / design.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available on no more than a one month notice period.
  • Be able to be based in the London office 3 days per week.

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £75,000 - £95,000, dependent on skill-set / experience.
