REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, all applicants must have worked for a specialist façade/building envelope subcontractor in the UK. The client will only consider candidates with a proven background in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You will be responsible for delivering projects valued between £10m and £70m, working with blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease, and Mace. Depending on the project size, you may have an Assistant QS to support with daily tasks, but you will receive full support from your Senior Commercial Team. The successful candidate will have proven experience with a façade contractor.
