Business Administration

  • Implement and oversee business administration processes, delivering an efficient and effective administrative support service.
  • Provide a highly organized and professional administrative service to senior leaders ensuring that their requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Create and update business trackers, reports, documentation or presentations as needed, gaining input from relevant stakeholders, meeting required deadlines, and connecting the right people with the right information to optimize decision making.

Business Planning

  • Work with senior leaders to manage the logistics of the business planning process, its subsequent implementation, and achievement of business KPIs.
  • Share relevant insights from touchpoints across the business to support decision making and providing critique and challenge to senior leaders based on these insights.
  • Support senior leaders through regular contributions to team meetings.
  • Maintain and provide up-to-date business-related information for senior leaders and other stakeholders as requested.

Project Management

  • Efficiently manage and deliver multiple initiatives and projects within and across workstreams, managing to budget and work within agreed timelines, working collaboratively as required and providing a professional, high-quality perspective.
  • Lead the project management of events and meetings.
  • Proactively collate information to assist senior colleagues in account work / business development and operations.
