Our Employment Tax team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced manager to join us.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice on employee share incentives and designing share option schemes.
- Advising on employment-related securities and agreeing share valuations with HMRC.
- Assisting clients with HMRC share scheme compliance and general employment tax matters.
- Working with existing and new clients on advisory and compliance matters, converting referral opportunities into fees.
