Key Responsibilities: Responding to customer enquiries and resolving complaints via phone and email. Processing orders and handling returns, refunds, or exchanges. Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries. Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and producing reports. Contributing to a positive team environment and ensuring high standards are consistently met. About You: Immediately available and able to commit to a temporary role. Previous experience in customer service and administration. Confident, proactive, and a strong team player.
