About the Role

This position is based in London and offers a hybrid remote working model. You will be responsible for leading service, platform, and vendor management within the Beacon team, developing strategies to optimize service quality and platform performance, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. You will also monitor performance indicators and maintain AzureDevOps to control deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead service, platform, and vendor management within the Beacon team.
2. Develop strategies to optimize beacon service quality and platform performance.
3. Manage and coordinate supplier relationships, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
4. Ensure compliance with SLAs and drive continuous improvement of service processes.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop suitable solutions.
6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for platform effectiveness.
7. Maintain AzureDevOps and oversee deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience managing platforms and with Beacon.
• Several years of experience in service, platform, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of IT service management tools and processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
