As a Manager you will: Be a senior influence in the team, focused on end-to-end client delivery and growing the overall business. Work across a wide set of industries, owning the client relationship and managing a team Set a vision for project success and creating delivery plans for the team to follow Build close relationships with clients, including managing delivery timelines and serving as a trusted advisor helping them with their biggest challenges Identify relevant research areas and managing a team to investigate, review and iterate the discovery process Steer and guide the team’s efforts to create differentiated insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis of competitor, venture, market, and/or customer data Storytelling and crafting slides. You will manage a team doing this, but also need to get stuck into the detail and develop the material yourself when needed Engage in proactive outreach to your and our wider Accenture and venture community, building relationships and bridging business opportunities Proactive in building and engaging a network of global client prospects, founders/investors, Accenture champions and industry experts Support our response to new business opportunities by writing proposals, shaping the scope and pitching to new clients Take ownership of team development, including coaching, training, and contributing to marketing and recruitment activities What we are looking for: Embodiment of our values – rigorous in uncertainty, driven by impact, entrepreneurial, authentically curious and in it together! Basic qualifications: 7 or more years’ experience in experience working in start-ups, consulting, investment banking, technology, venture capital, corporate innovation or associated areas Bachelor’s degree Preferred qualifications: An interest in technology and data and knowledge of innovation and how to apply it to creatively shape new corporate and growth solutions Strategic thinking and critical thinking skills People management experience, including coaching Client management experience Effective communication skills, both written and oral; ability to present with confidence, empathy and deliver difficult messages; fluency in English Comfortable with working on difficult issues where there can be no definitive “right” answer.
