Are you a graduate looking to gain school-based experience before embarking on a career in teaching or the education sector? Do you have a passion for working with young people and making a positive impact on their school journey?
Milk Education are currently working with schools throughout the North East who are looking to appoint Graduates for the academic year (September 2025 - July 2026) on a full-time basis. You will be working with students that require both academic and pastoral support to ensure they are reaching their expected levels of progress.
You will have the opportunity to work with students on a 1:1 basis providing tailored intervention sessions as well as supporting full class teachers in the classroom. There will also be opportunities to cover lessons gaining invaluable experience prior to starting a PGCE or schools direct teacher training programme.
We are looking for future teachers who have graduated in any of the following categories:
- Maths
- English
- Science
- Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
- Languages
- Art and Design
- Psychology or Social Sciences
- Sport & Physical Activity
