Overview

The Vibrant Living Director at a Brightview community serves as a champion and coach to our team of associates and residents, with the goal of fostering vibrant living in the community. This position is focused on motivating and encouraging residents to live their fullest lives, and officially carries the title of Vibrant Living Director .

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to all associates, focusing on delivering high-quality social, physical, educational, and spiritual programs for residents. You will monitor trends in senior living, support program development, serve as a project manager for initiatives, and develop strategies to measure resident participation and satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on residents\’ active and vibrant lives.

Salary Range

USD $62,000.00 – USD $72,000.00 per year

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Offers will consider experience, qualifications, location, and other factors. Brightview regularly reviews compensation ranges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s Degree in a relevant field such as marketing, education, or geriatrics.
• At least seven years of experience in a high-energy, public role, with three years in leadership or supervisory roles. Experience in event planning, sales, or training is preferred.
• Creativity and influence skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
• Experience in a multi-site environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web conferencing tools.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of senior living regulations and safety considerations.
• Customer-oriented attitude towards older adults.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy.
• Effective communication in English.
