We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our team in a key commercial role, working on a large construction project in South Devon.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Site Manager, you\’ll work within the Site Team, supporting projects that develop and benefit local communities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safe delivery of construction works on site.
- Maintaining quality standards in line with Kier standards through supervision of subcontractors and staff.
- Delivering site operational targets according to the project programme.
- Addressing emerging challenges on site and directing teams to carry out works efficiently, safely, and to standard.
- Keeping the Project Manager informed of site issues promptly and assisting in their resolution.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal if you:
- Have experience managing sites on large projects within a main contractor environment.
- Hold relevant construction qualifications (HND/Degree/SVQ) or technical trade certifications.
- Possess certifications such as SMSTS 5-Day, CSCS Card, and First Aid.
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of work.
