Project Manager – Omni-channel Branding
Reporting into the Head of Project Management, the Project Manager oversees the effective delivery of omni-channel branded assets, within budget, to deadline and to the highest possible standard by working with multiple teams.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide leadership in the initiation, execution, and closure of each project.
- Develop and maintain the critical path for each project with resources, tasks, dependencies detailed and updated with any change; ensuring timelines are met.
- Ensure correct processes are followed, acting as an ambassador for best practice.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, resource issues, and budget.
- Ensure all delivery streams work effectively together, outputs are synchronised, and dependencies are managed.
- Create and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout each project.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3-5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in retail or agency, with children\’swear experience preferred but not essential.
- Confidence in reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating closely with a producer.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies.
- Effective participation in a multi-functional team.
- Project management training or degree level qualification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Workfront is a plus.
