Project Manager – Omni-channel Branding

Reporting into the Head of Project Management, the Project Manager oversees the effective delivery of omni-channel branded assets, within budget, to deadline and to the highest possible standard by working with multiple teams.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership in the initiation, execution, and closure of each project.
  • Develop and maintain the critical path for each project with resources, tasks, dependencies detailed and updated with any change; ensuring timelines are met.
  • Ensure correct processes are followed, acting as an ambassador for best practice.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, resource issues, and budget.
  • Ensure all delivery streams work effectively together, outputs are synchronised, and dependencies are managed.
  • Create and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout each project.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in retail or agency, with children\’swear experience preferred but not essential.
  • Confidence in reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating closely with a producer.
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall hybrid methodologies.
  • Effective participation in a multi-functional team.
  • Project management training or degree level qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Workfront is a plus.
