Core responsibilities will typically include:

• Take-off of architects' drawings for input into estimating software.
• Sending quotation requests to suppliers.
• Project costing.
• Present final quote to Sales Team.
• Attend post tender meetings / answer tender queries post order.

Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Relevant experience within the commercial construction sector.
• Technical estimating experience for related façade, roofing, glazing, cladding products.
• Ability to interpret architects’ drawings / plans.
• Basic knowledge of 2D CAD software.
• Proficient with Adobe PDF & Online Measuring Tools.
• Competent with Microsoft 365 (specifically MS Excel)
• Technically adept, naturally detailed, comfortable managing multiple project estimates.
• Strong communication skills, enjoy working in a collaborative team.

Highly Desirable:

• Specific estimating experience for Windows & Doors on Commercial projects.
