In our team, you will: Learn industry-leading strategies and provide actionable insights to top organizations, addressing C-suite priorities. Enable Sourcing & Procurement capabilities by working with global companies to solve issues like procurement transformation, strategic cost reduction, and ERP-led projects. Support procurement digitalization efforts, including systems like SAP Ariba, Oracle, and Coupa. Analyze procurement workflows, identify inefficiencies, and optimize sourcing strategies. Build client relationships with senior executives and collaborate on business development efforts. Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performing team environment. Required skills and experience: 5-8 years of consulting experience, or up to 10 years without a consulting background, ideally from top-tier firms or large organizations. Experience in procurement sourcing, contract management, cost reduction, and ERP transformations, with knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and digital disruption technologies like RPA, IoT, Blockchain, and analytics. Proven track record in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma certifications (Green Belt or higher). Ability to analyze client challenges, develop strategic business cases, and manage project delivery effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead teams and foster client relationships.
