Job Title:Area Manager for Branded QSR Fast Food Sites
Salary:£45k plus car allowance

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment Agency in London is recruiting anArea Manager for a leading Operator of QSR Fast Food Restaurants.

You willoversee 5 sites in the Blackpool area, supporting site managers in delivering on-brand operational excellence. You will mentor General Managers and drive profitability, and exceptional customer service. You will act as a mentor and leader for restaurant General Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards and values.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous Site Manager, General Manager or Area Manager for Costa, Starbucks, KFC, Taco Bell or similar brands.
• Bachelors degree (Business/Hospitality)
• 5+ years in multi-unit restaurant management, QSR or other hospitality.
• Proven track in operational improvements and achievement of business goals.
• Advanced certifications in Food Safety, Operations, or Leadership desirable.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong P&L management, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, team development.
• Customer service passion and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communicator, results-driven, high emotional intelligence.
• Resilient under pressure, flexible schedule including weekends.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence essential

• £45,000 per annum
