As Senior Account Director, you are critical to the delivery of our ambition; working closely with the Associate Director, you will be a key interface for our clients and lead planning projects from start to finish, acting as the conduit who brings together our specialists to deliver exceptional work. The Senior Account Director needs to have a strong understanding of all channels and the role these can play in overall communications solutions and customer journeys, alongside understanding customers on site behaviours and how those affect final business results.

- In three months, you would have a good understanding of your clients, media planning systems, processes and working with the team collaboratively.

- In 12 months, you would have taken on additional responsibilities spotting opportunities to sell in wider EssenceMediacom or WPP services.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the accounts, ensuring flow and accuracy of work.
- Build a strong relationship with your clients and become a trusted strategic partner.
- Be a confident and competent communications planner who demonstrates a thorough understanding of our Systems Planning approach.
- Grow your understanding of digital, data, web and marketing technology.
- Contribute to the commercial targets set for your business group by proactively identifying and pursuing additional services opportunities on your clients.
- Develop strong internal relationships with Planners outside of your team.
- Promote your team’s brilliant work, both within EssenceMediacom and beyond.
