Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant – Business Change & Transformation Our Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions for a broad range of business challenges. We work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations are based on rigorous research, analysis, deep expertise, and thought leadership. What You’ll Do Partner with Life Sciences clients across the UK & EU to drive cultural and organizational design projects (e.g., change enablement, change readiness, ways of working, process optimization, restructuring, and capability improvements). Conduct market and desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making. Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS\’s proprietary software. Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations. Develop client relationships and serve as a key contact on project aspects. Support program management, conduct status updates, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project goals are met. Enhance problem-solving skills and ZS\’s capabilities. Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams. What You’ll Bring PhD or Master’s degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, or life sciences. 4-5 years of experience in strategic business transformation projects like organizational design, change enablement, process optimization, and restructuring. A passion for the Life Sciences industry and healthcare ecosystem. High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
