Projects Lawyer (Construction non-con)

Job Description

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a well-known global firm in its highly regarded Projects team. The team provides non-contentious construction expertise across a range of matters, with a growing international practice that emphasizes sustainability and digital ventures. They act for over half of the UK\’s top 50 contractors, many leading contractors worldwide, and a diverse array of private and public sector clients. The team works across sectors including infrastructure, energy (nuclear, renewables, oil and gas), transport, real estate, waste, water, education, and health.

Experience required:

1. Qualified in England and Wales
2. At least 2 years’ PQE in a recognised projects practice, focusing on construction and real estate development
3. Ability to provide practical, clear advice
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Minimum 2:1 degree with excellent academic achievement
6. Highly motivated and enthusiastic
7. A self-starter with drive and initiative
