We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking BDM Performance and Optimisation Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the analytics and optimisation agenda within our global Business Development and Marketing (BDM) function. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to drive data-led strategies, foster innovation, and contribute to the continued success and growth of Linklaters on a global scale.
As BDM Performance And Optimisation Manager, You Will:
- Provide strategic insights, steering analytics and optimisation initiatives that support global BDM objectives.
- Drive a data-driven culture across BDM by fostering collaboration with analysts, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Lead the development of robust monitoring frameworks to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Translate data into actionable strategies that improve marketing effectiveness, inform client strategies, and enhance business outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to create detailed dashboards and reports to empower decision-making across the firm.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data integrity standards, safeguarding stakeholder trust.
We Are Ideally Looking For:
- Strong experience in marketing analytics and performance optimisation, ideally in professional services, legal, or complex B2B environments.
- Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive analytics and reporting strategies.
- A solid grasp of marketing metrics and their application to actionable business development insights.
- Experience positively engaging stakeholders and translating complex data into solutions for non-technical audiences.
- A professional background in analytics tools, dashboarding platforms, and marketing technologies.
- A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to the evolving world of data analytics.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory practices related to marketing and analytics data is a plus.
This role can be based in any European Linklaters office.
