I have partnered exclusively with a well-renowned Real Estate Private Equity firm headquartered in London to help them find a Senior Asset Manager to join the team. Their core focus is to acquire investments throughout the UK with a specific focus in London. They use extensive experience in acquiring and asset managing real estate to implement medium to long term strategic goals through its portfolio. They currently have over £250m AUM and acquired over £50m of assets in the last 12 months.
- Proactive asset management for a diverse portfolio of properties which include a mixture of mixed-use assets, 3 London shopping centres, 2 office buildings, and a number of mixed use retail and residential Central London buildings.
- Executing capital expenditure strategies including refurbishments, redevelopments, repositioning, in addition to maximising rental income via regears and lease renewals.
- Innovating within asset management initiatives, particularly with a focus towards ESG and the future-proofing of assets.
- Participate in leasing across the portfolio to ensure a profitable and diverse tenant mix.
- Identifying acquisition opportunities through the portfolio through detailed research and analysis.
- Overseeing and creating value add business plan for the existing portfolio of assets.
- Providing recommendations to support the property managers, leasing and professional teams to asset manage the existing portfolio and presenting our investors with recommendations.
- Acting as a main contact for all third parties and local bodies.
- Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with investors to guide investment decisions in the long-term.

Strong Excel skills and financial acumen, to ensure analysis on new investments, and the performance of existing assets is produced to a high standard, with the ability to communicate clearly to our investor clients.
