We are seeking two Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialists to join our team—one based in London, UK, and another in Madrid, Spain. If you have a strong background in residential solar PV systems and excel at bridging technical knowledge with customer needs, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Support: Address customer concerns (cost, performance, aftersales) and develop tailored response strategies. Create sales toolkits, including scripts, comparison sheets, and demo videos.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with product teams to refine system designs based on client feedback. Train installer sales teams and refine sales approaches.
- Process Improvement: Identify installer challenges (e.g., site survey delays, slow quotes) and propose solutions to streamline sales cycles.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 2+ years in residential solar PV technical/pre-sales/installation, with full-process knowledge (design, component selection, installation, grid connection).
- Technical Skills: Expertise in PV components (inverters, mounting, storage) and local regulations (grid connection, subsidies, safety standards).
- Communication: Ability to simplify technical details for customers and create clear sales materials (FAQs, case studies).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Energy preferred), fluent English, and legal right to work in the UK/Spain (no visa sponsorship).
Additional: Willingness to travel occasionally; having a vehicle is a plus.
