Working alongside some of the strongest Healthcare Communications & Advocacy professionals in the industry, this is an opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. Summary As a Senior Account Executive (SAE) they will collaborate closely with senior colleagues to deliver healthcare communications programs for AXON’s clients, providing daily, project and consulting support. They will assist in delivering client programmes under the guidance of experienced team members, ensuring smooth project operations. The SAE will also be assigned to take charge of specific activities and smaller projects within broader client programmes, where they will help coach junior team members. Additionally, they will contribute to internal AXON projects and initiatives, and pursue areas of interest that support their professional development. The SAE should exhibit strong consultancy skills, adeptly manage competing priorities, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance their knowledge and development. The SAE is expected to familiarise themself with AXON’s values and adhere to these in their day to day. These values guide AXON’s decisions, actions and interactions with colleagues, clients and others in the AVENIR Global network. Skills, experience and qualifications Have strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and to balance multiple tasks. Demonstrate junior-level writing skills, being able to adapt style to differing audiences, with demonstrated potential for more advanced writing tasks. Demonstrate relationship development skills, including client management and networking with colleagues. Demonstrate junior level presentation skills, including developing high standard PowerPoint presentations. At least one years’ work experience in healthcare, or communications agency related field Whilst a degree in communications, science or other relevant qualification is desirable, transferable learnings and work experience is also welcomed. Familiarity with digital platforms and social media is highly desirable for this role. Familiar with MS Office applications.
