Role: Sales and Lettings Negotiator Salary: £23k Basic OTE £54K Car: Company Car or car allowance Location: South West London Hours/days: Monday to Friday 9am – 6.30pm Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm Thomas Webb are currently recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator on behalf of a highly reputable independent estate agency based in South West London. Our client is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, driven and ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their long standing successful team in one of their South West London branches. This client has excellent stock levels and good property values, meaning that the OTE is realistic and based on the current and historical performance on previous and existing Sales and Lettings Negotiators. Duties and responsibilities: The Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be responsible for * Supporting the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in driving business growth. * Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals. * Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and financial service successful referrals. * Responsible for own Sales progression until completion. * Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. * Ensuring excellent customer service at all times. * Working alongside the Branch Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.
