Legal Counsel – Information Law

Our client, a leader in Information Law, is seeking a talented Counsel to join their team of experienced attorneys. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of a rapidly evolving field with ample opportunities for career growth in 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on a variety of information law issues, including eDiscovery, Information Governance, and Data Privacy.
• Switching between different areas of expertise as needed, demonstrating versatility and knowledge across multiple sectors.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in at least two of the following areas: eDiscovery, Information Governance, Data Privacy.
• Background working in law firms or in-house legal teams, with strong writing and analytical skills.
• Experience across sectors such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Transportation.

Ideal Candidate:

Senior Associate level, on track to become a Partner, with the ambition and skills to advance to a leadership role.

Details:

• Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 base + bonus
• Location: Remote
• Bar Admission: California, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, Washington D.C., or ability to waive into one of these bars.
