Based in North London, our client is a multipartner, modern and progressive law firm of great calibre, with a superb array of clients across many sectors. They now wish to strengthen the commercial real estate team and are willing to consider candidates from one year PQE upwards, from either a regional or London background, to support and work alongside an ex-city partner.
You will be enthusiastic, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
- The property aspects of corporate transactions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property finance
The team's clients include well-established property developers, pension funds, banks, SMEs, owner-managed businesses, as well as high-net-worth private clients.
