Assistant Site Manager needed for residential development in Maldon, Essex.

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

• Strong site management experience with a national/regional housebuilder
• Able to build strong working relationships
• Strong team and individual management skills
• Brilliant communication skills
• Health and Safety focused with the ability to promote a safe working environment

Requirements for Assistant Site Manager role:

• Valid CSCS card
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid First Aid
• Experience
