We are looking for a TechOps Engineer who enjoys supervising and responding to support requests, providing technical support to all employees in our London client office. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees in the London office, responding to support requests efficiently.
  • Supervise support activities and ensure smooth technology operations.
  • Drive local initiatives in collaboration with internal and external parties, balancing project tasks with technical responsibilities.
  • Represent the team in projects with EMEA colleagues.
  • Maintain technology equipment standards, manage technical debt, and serve as the initial escalation point for local business technology issues.
  • Assist in quality assurance reviews of service partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with client technology teams, local business, and leadership.
  • Communicate technology concepts clearly to individuals of all technical abilities.
  • Schedule and complete regular operational checks, identify trends in support requests, and collaborate on improving services and response times.
  • Support office re-fits, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Report to the TechOps Manager for London and collaborate with other Agile technology teams across countries, including EMEA headquarters.
  • Work closely with local business functions to align technology plans with business objectives.
