About The Role

Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives. This senior leadership role requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. You will create and lead a high-performance partnerships management organization that delivers revenue objectives and supports the company\’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage the global partnerships team to drive growth and achieve business objectives, creating a high-performance organization aligned with strategic goals.
  2. Work closely with senior management to define the alliance strategy, analyze market trends, identify potential partners, and develop a roadmap for partnership opportunities.
  3. Hire, lead, develop, and motivate your team, modeling world-class behaviors and holding team members accountable.
  4. Allocate resources effectively to execute the strategy, ensuring support and engagement across relevant areas.

Requirements

  1. Identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic fit and capabilities; establish and nurture data-driven, collaborative relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  2. Lead complex negotiations with potential partners, defining terms, responsibilities, and financial arrangements, in collaboration with ICIS Legal.
  3. Demonstrate excellent internal communication skills, influencing across disciplines with data-driven arguments, and challenging the status quo for continuous improvement.
  4. Oversee ongoing management of partnerships, establishing governance, communication, and performance metrics to monitor success and value creation.
  5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, identify joint business opportunities, and track financial impacts, including revenue growth and market penetration.
  6. Maintain and expand relationships with partners, proactively seeking new opportunities and resolving escalations to ensure mutual benefit.
  7. Stay informed on market trends and conduct research to identify potential partnership opportunities and assess their impact on organizational growth.
  8. Implement coaching frameworks and measure growth to ensure continuous development and exceptional customer experiences.
