Regional HR Business Partner - London & South West

£45,000-£50,000 + car or car allowance

Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days from home

Are you an established operational HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step? Do you love being out in the operation supporting your Regional Directors on all things from Employee Relations, Talent & Succession, Engagement and building localised HR agendas to support their wider business plans?

I am working with an incredibly supportive, friendly HR team to appoint a Regional HR BP into their structure. You will be working for a fabulous HR Director who is always available for advice and support and champions a flexible working culture. This role is looking after 10 branches across the South West and London areas, from Cardiff to Plymouth to Central London.

This role will be largely operational, with c70% of the role reacting to business need and supporting the region on employee relations cases and performance conversations. The remaining 30% of the role will focus on Talent & Succession initiatives, Engagement surveys and partnering the Regional Directors to build a localised people plan to support their wider business plan.

  • Owning Employee Relations cases end to end, up to and including dismissal and appeal
  • Coaching and upskilling managers on HR best practice
  • Leading conversations and initiatives around Talent & Succession planning
  • Driving local buy in to the Engagement survey as well as building and delivering action plans following the results
  • Partnering 2 Regional Directors to build and implement a localised people strategy to support them achieving their wider commercial plan
  • Experience having delivered in a multi site role
