Summary Of Role You will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics for international in-person, digital, and hybrid events, ranging from intimate roundtables to full-day conferences, including webinars, workshops, awards, and multi-sponsored events. Job Specification We seek an organized, professional individual confident in presenting at all levels with internal and external partners, to deliver outstanding events that meet and exceed expectations within budget. Key Responsibilities Flawless event execution: Delivering quality events aligned with FT standards, optimizing delegate, speaker, and sponsor experience, and managing events onsite and digitally. Budget management: Maintaining budgets, controlling costs, negotiating with suppliers, preparing forecasts, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reporting. Speaker and editorial support: Managing speaker onboarding and editorial coordination to enhance their experience. Sponsor management: Ensuring all deliverables are met to high standards and contributing to client satisfaction. Vendor relations: Reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with venues and vendors, acting as the main contact point. Team collaboration: Leading project meetings, mentoring team members, and contributing to process improvements for event delivery. Candidate Profile Confident, autonomous worker capable of meeting deadlines and remaining calm under pressure. Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
