We at Coforge are hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead with the following skillset:

Key criteria:

  1. Detailed design, prototyping, and testing, either in an advisory capacity or hands-on, including the preparation and/or authoring of related artefacts (documentary and otherwise).
  2. Formulation and implementation of Technical & Technology Strategies based on the Salesforce.com suite of products and services.
  3. Detailed planning, coordination, management, and execution of Technology Strategies to implement, integrate, and embed Salesforce-based solutions into our client’s existing technology estates.
  4. Define and drive strategies and technology roadmaps related to the Salesforce.com suite of products for the SFDC practice.
  5. Develop relationships with client executive and technical stakeholders to reinforce and extend NIIT’s role as a trusted advisor.
  6. Estimate resources and plan solutions, standards, and schedules in collaboration with Solution Architecture and Leadership teams.
  7. Participate in and occasionally lead responses to formal Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and tenders.

Role Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in defining, designing, delivering, and deploying Salesforce-based technical solutions, either as an accountable or responsible contributor.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and data migrations.
  • At least 2 years of experience creating technical architecture for complex enterprise-wide Salesforce implementations.
  • Salesforce certifications including:
  • At least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I or II)
  • At least one Cloud Consultant Certification from Community, Field Service, Sales, or Service
  • One or more current Salesforce Architect track certifications
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, both creative and analytical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences from executives to technical teams.
  • Leadership and management capabilities.
  • Preferred:

    • Expert knowledge of Salesforce and its underlying platform architecture and technical workings.
    • Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions: strategy, systems design, implementation, and management.
    • Experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant environments).
    • Knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes.
    • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
    • Experience in object-oriented software engineering.
