As a member of our team, you will be responsible for excellent engineering and team management. As a manager, you will build trust within your team, work with individuals and groups to achieve goals, and support their growth through listening, mentoring, coaching, and development. As an engineer, you will communicate technical concepts to stakeholders across the business and collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and business analysts to ensure successful results and delivery, with a focus on innovation.

Your Responsibilities
- Team Management: Manage, coach, plan, and support one or two engineering teams, ensuring proper staffing, health, and accountability for delivering commitments.
- Engineering & Innovation: Promote excellent engineering practices and innovation in every delivery and roadmap, fostering a strong engineering culture aligned with organizational strategies like rapid hypothesis testing, learning from failure, automation, and SecDevOps.
- Knowledge Sharing: Ensure effective technical knowledge sharing within and across teams, collaborating with other engineering managers.
- Innovation Barriers: Identify and plan to remove barriers to innovation through training, technical debt reduction, or other means.
- Hands-on Support: Occasionally support the team technically, particularly with Salesforce (APEX, metadata API, SFDX), Visual Studio Code, Git, CI/CD, and AWS.

- Technical Knowledge: Proficient with Salesforce (APEX, metadata API, SFDX), Sales Cloud (essential), and desirable additional clouds like Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and FinancialForce. Familiar with Visual Studio Code, Git, CI/CD, and AWS (understanding is essential).
