This role offers an excellent opportunity to join our Fee Billing & Query Management team, playing a key role in our expanding Investment Operations outsourcing platform.

Role Overview

As a Senior Administrator, you will oversee Fee Billing services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with offshore teams in Bangalore, covering ad hoc, daily, monthly, quarterly, and off-quarter billing cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the production and delivery of fee billing to clients, ensuring deadlines and accuracy.
  2. Maintain monthly/quarterly trackers in SharePoint, ensuring data accuracy.
  3. Respond to queries from internal teams and clients regarding invoices and processes.
  4. Assist with complex client inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  5. Monitor query management systems for fee-related issues.
  6. Quality control of management/performance fees.
  7. Manage information on new fees and amendments, coordinating with offshore teams.
  8. Set up and amend fee billing records in Revport system, ensuring SharePoint updates are made.
  9. Adhere to data privacy policies and ensure accurate communication.
  10. Produce oversight and fee statistics reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, record, and distribute minutes.
  12. Assist in client presentations and update procedures as needed.
  13. Participate in ad-hoc projects, testing, and implementation.
  14. Build and develop long-term relationships with clients.
  15. Identify process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
