Senior Implementation Consultant – Salesforce, London
This role offers exciting career opportunities with nCino, a global leader in cloud banking solutions.
The successful candidate will advise, design, and build scalable solutions that enable business and technology agility, leveraging expertise in both the nCino product and SFDC platform. Responsibilities include business and technical optimization, new feature implementation, and addressing current and future customer needs. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role providing strategic guidance on digital transformation projects and contributing to internal technical improvements.
Responsibilities
- Utilize business process-driven design, object-oriented programming, data models, and enterprise architecture to translate business use cases into maintainable technical solutions aligned with nCino standards.
- Apply technical expertise on the nCino product with Salesforce automation tools, data integration, deployment tools, and enterprise architecture best practices to ensure a healthy technical ecosystem and customer success.
- Develop and document proofs of concept for new functionalities, project-specific cases, or architecture validation to meet business needs and scalability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues collaboratively during build and QA phases to mitigate blockers.
- Guide project stakeholders in solution design and technical implementation, performing design validation and gap analysis.
- Conduct technical quality reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high implementation quality.
- Promote change management and user adoption as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Identify and create reusable components, tools, and documentation to support ongoing and future projects.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years’ experience in consulting, Salesforce/SaaS architecture, or related technical roles.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Salesforce App Builder certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Additional certifications like Platform Dev 1, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud preferred.
- Experience with declarative automation (Flow), data management, integration, and middleware tools.
- Experience with environment and release management, security configurations, and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable team player.
Desired Qualifications
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Developer 1.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or core CRM objects.
- Proficiency in programmatic automation (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Web Components).
- Experience with identity and access management (SSO).
