Job Description

Southern Water is seeking a Strategic Engagement Advisor responsible for managing two critical independent challenge groups: the Customer Scrutiny and Transparency Committee and the Independent Climate and Environment Group. The role involves ensuring actions are taken from independent feedback to improve customer-led decision making, environmental performance, and company reputation.

The successful candidate will act as the secretariat for these panels, managing governance activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing briefings, taking minutes, and reporting. They will work across teams to ensure high-quality papers and relevant agenda topics are prepared, supporting the voice of the customer and environmental initiatives.
