Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services focused on developing and implementing critical IT architecture and digital solutions.
- Create technology platforms, deliver customized solutions—from data strategies to customer journey solutions—and solve complex challenges.
- Work closely with client leadership, deploy IT strategies, leverage digital tools like cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization.
- Evaluate and coach client technology teams, manage quality and risk, and promote agile methods.
- Guide junior team members, contribute to proposals, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in tech strategy, consulting, or IT project management.
- Experience with the insurance industry and core insurance processes.
- Knowledge of insurance packages like GuideWire, Duck Creek, or DXC.
- Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and customer-focused skills.
- Experience with legacy systems and modern technologies.
- Track record in Agile consulting and digital transformations.
- Experience in IT organization and process development.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings at peer level.
- Strong business acumen and ability to contextualize complex problems.
- Degree in STEM or business management with strong academic performance.
- Willingness to work outside of insurance projects if needed.
- Fluency in English (London-based), Dutch (Netherlands), or French/Flemish (Belgium).
