Your Role

Our Finance & CFO Advisory practice seeks experienced Finance Transformation Senior Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers to join our team. As part of our Corporate Experience practice, this capability combines accounting, consulting, and industry expertise to focus on our client\’s strategic Finance priorities. We serve as strategic advisors to the CFO\’s Office and trusted partners to their finance leadership teams.

In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic advice and thought leadership on finance topics, emphasizing value realization and performance improvement.
• Lead workstreams in finance transformation, operating model design, process improvement, technology implementation, and strategic projects to deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions addressing complex client needs.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, internal collaboration, and innovative offerings.

Your Profile

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

• Business transformation, program management, and capability maturity assessments.
• Designing optimized finance processes across areas like R2R, O2C, P2P, and FP&A.
• Emerging technologies such as GenAI, RPA, Analytics, and their application in finance.
• Engagement management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Working in consulting or industry with a consulting background, including proposition building and delivery.

For managerial roles, experience in business development and generating or contributing to significant consulting revenues is required. Candidates must be fully or part-qualified Chartered Accountants (CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS) or equivalent.
