We are currently seeking a fun and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Ofsted Outstanding school, supporting children with Multiple Learning Difficulties (MLD), Autism (ASD), and complex needs.

About Us:
Our specialist school offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment where we focus on supporting pupils with MLD, ASD, and complex needs. The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is committed to the well-being of staff and providing a supportive, fun, and enriching environment for both staff and students.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the Class Teacher and other supporting staff to assist pupils in KS1 & KS2. Class sizes are up to 10 students, with 4/5 Teaching Assistants in each class, ensuring that every student gets the individual attention they need.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Healthcare/Nursing, or working with Learning Difficulties is a plus
- A passion for supporting children with SEN
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to providing a therapeutic approach to education
