About Our Forensic Services Team Our team comprises certified professionals, information security experts, and forensic specialists committed to the highest standards and knowledge of emerging threats and tactics to help businesses stay resilient. Role Overview We are seeking a governance-focused cybersecurity specialist at the Assistant Manager/Manager level to join our dynamic team. You will work alongside cyber security and counter-fraud experts, supporting businesses in resilience and incident response across various sectors. This role requires a good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance practices. Experience in financial services, insurance, or pensions sectors is preferred but not essential. You will ensure client cybersecurity strategies align with regulatory requirements and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Interpret cybersecurity concepts into plain English Identify and assess cybersecurity risks and recommend mitigation measures Draft cybersecurity policies and procedures Work with suppliers to identify vulnerabilities Assess risks across supply chains Project management and team coordination Prepare high-quality client reports and proposals Coordinate with external suppliers Contribute to business planning and strategy Manage key client relationships and develop our pipeline Participate in marketing initiatives Key Skills Ability to assess cyber threats across sectors Knowledge of prevalent and emerging threats Excellent written English and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Team-oriented and collaborative mindset Proficiency in MS Office Suite Qualifications and Certifications Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST) Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, Cyber Essentials Governance-related certifications (e.g., CISMP, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA A+) are desirable Awareness of regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS2) Why Join Crowe?
