You’ll be joining a supportive team with clear growth plans, big ambitions, and the tools to help you succeed. Position: Recruitment Consultant (360 role) Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in London office Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 base + commission + sign-on bonus High-Value Market – Focus on mid-to-senior Life Sciences roles, with typical fees from £20,000 to £40,000+ Hybrid Flexibility – Work from home and collaborate in-office with a close-knit, high-performing team Career Development – Fast-track to Senior Consultant and beyond with structured support and training Around 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (any sector—Life Sciences is a bonus but not essential) Comfortable with business development and growing your own accounts A strong communicator who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and candidates This is a fantastic opportunity to step up, earn more, and build a rewarding career in one of the world’s most exciting sectors, while working in a hybrid, flexible environment with huge potential.
