The successful Java developer will work on impactful projects, including high-performance, real-time search platforms, large-scale distributed computing, and petabyte-scale data analytics and machine learning tooling in their London office. The platform handles 12 million queries per second and 600 billion queries per day.

Requirements:

  • BSc / MSc in a hard science subject, preferably Computer Science
  • Strong programming skills in core Java and/or Scala, or another object-oriented language
  • Passion for solving hard technical challenges at scale, building greenfield projects with global reach, and creating cutting-edge technology solutions
