This role is covering Bromley, Sutton and Clapham Stores. Field Based – National Travel Required - Must be able to drive - Working pattern is Monday to Sunday (on a rota basis with days off in lieu).
Joining Sainsbury's as an FM Delivery Manager means becoming an integral part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team within the Facilities Management division. With a focus on proactive and data-driven FM delivery across various sites, you will have the opportunity to lead on-the-ground operations, manage suppliers, and ensure the quality of FM services while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. What you’ll do:
- Lead and oversee FM delivery across various sites within your assigned region.
- Provide direction and prioritisation to site-based technicians.
- Manage supplier relationships, resolve escalations and major incidents.
- Ensure high-quality FM service delivery while adhering to health and safety frameworks.
- Conduct regular site visits, analyse data insights, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in FM service, minimise asset downtime, and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders.
